Interview Scheduling and Arrangement: Arrange interviews between hiring managers and candidates. Support for Onboarding: Provide new hires with the helpful tool of ensuring that all paperwork and procedures are completed. Database management: Keep candidate and approach information up to date in recruitment databases. Cooperation: Pay close attention to branch heads in order to identify workforce needs and expand venture descriptions. Skills: Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment principles and best practices. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
