We are seeking a dynamic and results driven 'Business Development Executive/ Associate ' to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and exploring business opportunities, engaging with corporate B2B clients and facilitating strategies to drive business growth. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent communications and negotiation skills.
Job Profile: It is a B2B sales position responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing business within a diversified line of businesses. Activities include client acquisition, meeting business objectives, obtaining requisitions/job orders, building client relationships, penetrating client accounts and ensuring smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify potential clients or partners through online research, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a database of prospective customers using CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Develop new business through cold calls, email campaigns, and digital lead generation strategies.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

  • Reach out to prospects, understand their needs, and introduce them to the company s offerings.
  • Schedule and attend virtual/in-person meetings with clients to present products or services.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster repeat business and referrals.

3. Sales Pitching & Deal Closure:

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the client s business requirements.
  • Handle client objections and negotiate deals to a successful close.
  • Follow up diligently on open proposals and convert leads into paying customers.

4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure alignment in client communication and delivery.
  • Provide insights from client interactions to help improve product offerings or marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the customer success/support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

5. Reporting & Analysis:

  • Maintain detailed records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or tracking tools.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales pipeline status and performance metrics.
  • Analyze data to refine strategies and improve business development efforts.
