Salary:-15000 to 25000 (Based on interview )&
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process.

Facilitate onboarding/offboarding procedures.

Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.

Ensure HR compliance and maintain records.

Coordinate training and development programs.

Requirements:
Bachelor 's degree in HR or related field.

Proven experience in HR roles.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in HR software.

Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
