HR Manager Recruitment

Job Summary

The HR Manager Recruitment is responsible for managing and leading the entire recruitment lifecycle within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment analytics. The HR Manager Recruitment will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to meet the organization s current and future workforce needs. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and decision-making skills, an in-depth understanding of recruitment trends and tools, and the ability to build a high-performing recruitment function that supports business growth and employee retention.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve recruitment strategies aligned with the company s goals and values.
• Collaborate with leadership and department heads to forecast staffing needs and plan talent acquisition activities accordingly.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles through proactive sourcing and talent relationship management.

End-to-End Recruitment Management

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Work with hiring managers to define job descriptions, interview formats, and selection criteria.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and support hiring decisions with structured assessments and data-driven recommendations.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts.

Sourcing and Employer Branding

• Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and recruitment agencies.
• Promote the organization s employer brand by developing content and participating in job fairs, college drives, and online recruitment campaigns.
• Manage and update career pages and social media platforms with engaging content to attract potential candidates.

Recruitment Operations and Analytics

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activity using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
• Analyze recruitment data and market trends to suggest improvements and optimize hiring practices.

Team Leadership and Vendor Management

• Lead and mentor the recruitment team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
• Manage relationships with third-party recruitment agencies, freelancers, and consultants.
• Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate service agreements and contracts as required.

Compliance and Policy

• Ensure all recruitment practices are in compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring initiatives and promote fair and unbiased hiring practices.
