Job Title: Regional Manager Sales - Digital Signages LED SalesLocation: Mumbai, Bangalore IndiaDepartment: SalesReports To: National Sales Head/Head of SalesJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager Sales to oversee the sales of our Digital Signage LED products across the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships within the digital signage and LED sales domain.Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership & Strategy:- Lead and manage the sales team for the region to achieve and exceed sales targets.
-Develop regional sales strategies and objectives to drive business growth for LED digital signage products.Client Relationship Management:- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, advertising agencies, and large-scale digital signage integrators.
-Build a strong pipeline and manage relationships with new and existing customers.Market Expansion & Development:- Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and segments to drive expansion in the LED digital signage sector.
-Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.Product Knowledge & Solution Selling:- Have a deep understanding of the company s digital signage products, including hardware and software solutions, and use this knowledge to propose customized solutions to clients.Team Management & Development:- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their individual and team sales goals.Sales Forecasting & Reporting:- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management, including sales forecasts, reports, and insights.
-Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and tactics.Negotiation & Contract Management:- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
-Work closely with the legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.Brand Representation:- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and promote product offerings.Skills & Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.- Experience: 10-12 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience in the LED/Digital Signage industry or related technology sales, preferably in a leadership role.- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital signage solutions, including hardware (LED panels, displays) and software (content management systems).- Sales Skills: Proven track record in driving sales, achieving targets, and managing high-value accounts. Strong negotiation and communication skills.- Leadership: Experience in leading and motivating a sales team to perform at the highest level.
