Required Telecaller - Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling and Lead Generation
   • Make outbound calls to leads provided by the bank or through lead databases.
   • Contact potential customers to explain loan products, offers, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
   • Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable loan options accordingly.
   • Generate interest in loan products and schedule follow-ups or appointments for documentation or in-person meetings.
2. Product Promotion and Sales
   • Promote various types of loan products, including personal loans, home loans, car loans, education loans, and business loans.
   • Clearly communicate the benefits, interest rates, tenure, repayment terms, and required documentation for each loan type.
   • Persuade and convince customers to apply for a loan product that fits their financial needs.
3. Customer Interaction and Relationship Building
   • Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers by being courteous, professional, and responsive to inquiries.
   • Answer questions related to loan eligibility, processing time, EMI calculations, and documentation.
   • Follow up with customers who have shown interest or require further assistance in completing the loan application process.
4. Loan Application Support
   • Guide customers through the application process, assisting with form filling, document submission, and eligibility checks.
   • Coordinate with the backend loan processing team to ensure smooth application processing and approval.
   • Keep customers updated on their application status and provide assistance with any required clarifications.
5. Database and Reporting
   • Maintain accurate and updated records of calls made, leads generated, interested customers, and application progress.
   • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports and share updates with the team leader or sales manager.
   • Track performance against assigned targets and work towards achieving or exceeding sales goals.
