Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and personable Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. You will be the first point of contact for aspiring students and will play a key role in helping them understand course offerings, career paths, and eligibility requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Counsel prospective students via phone, email, in-person, or online meetings.- Explain academic programs, eligibility, admission process, and career prospects.- Follow up with leads and maintain a database (CRM or Excel) of inquiries.- Coordinate admission procedures, including document collection, application review, and interview scheduling.- Assist students in selecting the right course based on their interests and background.- Provide information on scholarship opportunities, fees, and payment plans.- Support in organizing admission-related events such as webinars, info sessions, or campus tours.- Meet monthly targets for student enrollments.- Maintain regular communication with enrolled students till onboarding is complete.
