Job Description
Business development executive, where you have to generate leads from online database. Generate positive leads by hitting the calls.& communication skills,& Computer skills, 12th and graduate both ,Fresher and Experienced , Basic knowledge of computer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Identify emerging market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders to develop new business.
  • Understand the client s business needs and provide tailored solutions to address those needs.
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demos to showcase the company s offerings.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

3. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company s products and services.
  • Handle negotiations, including pricing, terms, and contractual agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to finalize contracts and agreements with clients.

4. Sales Strategy Development:

  • Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Work with senior management to develop pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales forecasts.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to suggest improvements in products or services.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client communications, and sales performance using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Provide regular reports on sales progress, potential leads, and forecasted opportunities to management.
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of business development strategies and adjust as necessary.

6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the product or service teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and the company s offerings.
  • Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales service.
