Required Telecaller - Chennai

Key Responsibilities

1. Inbound/Outbound Calls

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, leads, or existing customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding queries, complaints, or product inquiries.
• Ensure that all calls are answered promptly, professionally, and courteously.

2. Lead Generation and Sales

• Qualify and generate new leads through cold calling or follow-up calls.
• Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products or services.
• Convert leads into sales by explaining product features, benefits, and offers effectively.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and goals.

3. Customer Queries and Complaint Handling

• Address customer queries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve complaints, issues, or misunderstandings with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate and complete information regarding products, services, prices, and offers.

4. Record Keeping and Reporting

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including calls, inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Enter and update customer information into the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on call statistics, sales performance, and customer feedback to the team leader or manager.

5. Product Knowledge and Updates

• Continuously stay updated on product offerings, services, and market trends.
• Educate customers about new services or products and keep them informed about promotions and discounts.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the company s policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

6. Customer Relationship Management

• Build rapport with customers and maintain long-term relationships.
• Follow up on previous calls and ensure customer satisfaction after sales.
• Offer additional products or services as upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs.
