Area Sales Manager - Insurance (2-2 Yrs) Bangalore (BFSI Sales)

Job Summary:We are searching for a proactive, results-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our Bangalore team. The ideal applicant will have at least 2 years of field sales experience, particularly in BFSI, FMCG, retail, or B2B sales. This position include overseeing sales operations, generating revenue development, and leading a team to accomplish corporate goals.Roles and Responsibilities:- Create and implement sales strategy to meet corporate objectives in your designated area.- Identify and gain new consumers through direct sales, networking, and market research.- Develop and maintain solid connections with customers, distributors, and business partners.- Manage and manage a team of sales professionals by offering advice, training, and encouragement.
