Job Description
Job Overview :We are looking for a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling a broad range of IT software and hardware products to new and existing customers. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for technology and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.Key Responsibilities :Lead Generation & Prospecting :- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track prospects and opportunities effectively.Customer Engagement :- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer challenges and provide appropriate solutions.- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting key benefits and features.Sales Process Management :- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.- Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met.Product Knowledge :- Maintain a deep understanding of the company s IT software and hardware offerings.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.- Educate customers on the benefits and advantages of the products being offered.Reporting & Analysis :- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager.- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and market conditions.Customer Service :- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.Qualifications :- Education : Bachelor s degree in engineering (BE) and/or Master s in Business Administration (MBA), BBA is required.- Experience : Minimum of 1 years of inside sales experience in the IT industry, specifically in software and hardware sales.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Skills :- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge :- Basic understanding of IT software and hardware products, including but not limited to servers, storage solutions, networking equipment, cybersecurity tools, and enterprise software.- Familiarity with cloud computing solutions, SaaS, and other emerging technologies.Specifications :- Gender: Male/Female- Mode of Interview: Virtual, Need basis F2F- Notice Period: Immediate Joiner - 15 Days- Willing to travel on need basis.- CTC: 3 - 3.5 L PA- Work Location: Chennai, Perungudi (ref:updazz.com)
