To track and enhance process capabilities and product quality, spearhead the application of statistical process control (SPC) and other quality techniques. Supervise the calibration and upkeep of every piece of testing and inspection apparatus. Manage customer audits and communications pertaining to quality, and make sure that client quality standards are met.
