Job Description
Job Responsibilities:Requirements:
Salary: Fixed Incentives& Language: Fluency in local language and basic English preferred

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through cold visits, references, or existing leads.
  • Promote and sell the company s products or services within an assigned territory.
  • Generate new leads through market research, local networking, and customer referrals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to prospective clients to explain features and benefits.

2. Client Meetings and Relationship Building:

  • Visit clients regularly to understand their needs, provide updates, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Provide accurate information about product pricing, availability, and terms of service.
  • Act as the point of contact between the customer and the company to ensure excellent service and timely resolution of queries.
  • Develop rapport with key decision-makers and influencers to increase conversion rates and customer retention.

3. Sales Targets and Reporting:

  • Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and performance KPIs set by the sales manager.
  • Maintain daily records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback using company-approved tools (CRM or manual).
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including visit summaries, competitor insights, and sales forecasts.
  • Track territory performance and suggest strategies for improving outreach or conversion.

4. Territory Management:

  • Organize and plan visits to optimize time and travel across the assigned sales territory.
  • Map out key areas and customer segments for targeted sales efforts.
  • Ensure brand visibility through the distribution of marketing materials or promotional campaigns in the field.
  • Coordinate with distribution partners, retailers, or resellers as needed (if applicable).

5. Post-Sales Support:

  • Follow up on deliveries, payment collection, and product installation (if applicable).
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, or issues efficiently and escalate to support teams if necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and gather testimonials or referrals for future sales.

6. Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and customer preferences in the area.
  • Monitor and report competitor activities, including pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
