Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy & Execution:- Drive end-to-end sales of Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) through contact centre operations.- Own P&L responsibility for loan sales via the call centre channel.- Optimize lead conversion through structured sales pitches, follow-up mechanisms, and objection handling.- Team Management:- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 30-50 telecallers and 3-5 team leaders.- Monitor team performance and conduct regular training to improve productivity and sales skills.- Implement incentive plans to motivate and drive results.- Field Force Collaboration:- Work closely with Field Officers (FOS), who play a key role in lead fulfillment and document collection.- Coordinate and align with field teams for faster case closures and improved disbursement TATs.- Ensure regular communication and alignment between telesales and field operations, even though FOS teams do not directly report to this role- Operations & Process Management:- Establish and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for telesales processes.- Track key metrics including lead conversion rates, call quality, and TATs.- Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and product teams to improve campaign efficiency and customer journey.- Relationship & Stakeholder Management:- Liaise with banking/NBFC partners to ensure alignment on lead quality, documentation, and disbursement processes.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
