Jb description- Aviation sales managerKey Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets- Identify new business opportunities and key accounts within the aviation sector- Present, promote, and sell aviation products/services to prospective clients- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and act as their point of contact- Conduct market research and competitor analysis- Participate in aviation expos, trade shows, and networking events- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth delivery of solutionsRequirements:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field- Proven track record in sales, preferably in aviation, aerospace, or defense- Strong knowledge of aviation products/services (e.g., aircraft sales, charter, spare parts, MRO)- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events- Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-orientedNice to Have:- Network of contacts within the aviation industry (OEMs, airlines, private jet operators, etc.)- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)- Understanding of aviation regulatory requirements and industry standardsSkills :- Personality development must be required excellent.
