Job Description
What will you be doing here? - Lead, coach, and scale a team of SDRs responsible for outbound pipeline generation.
-Drive daily/weekly activity targets across calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and meeting sets.
-Own team quota for qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution to the sales org.
-Implement tools, playbooks, and best practices to support outbound productivity and conversion.
-Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing on lead quality, ideal customer profiles (ICP), and campaign strategy.
-Monitor performance dashboards, lead SLAs, pipeline attribution metrics. Requirement - 3-5 years in B2B SaaS sales with at least 1-2 years leading a high-velocity SDR/BDR team.
-Consistent track record of team quota attainment and pipeline generation.
-Strong outbound expertise in cold calls, objection handling, discovery, and multichannel strategy.
-Hands-on experience with modern sales tech (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo) - Data-driven mindset; comfortable forecasting, reporting, and optimizing KPIs.
-High energy, strong communication skills, and a team-first leadership style. (ref:updazz.com)
