Job Description :We are seeking a Sales Head who is an expert in selling flats in Mahim and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Mumbai s real estate market, possess exceptional leadership skills, and be a master in the art of persuasion and aggressive selling. You will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving sales strategies, and ensuring the project achieves its targets efficiently.Key Responsibilities- Project Sales Leadership: Take complete ownership of the sales process for the Mahim project, ensuring high conversion rates.- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coordinate with the sales executives daily, assigning tasks and setting performance targets.- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement aggressive sales techniques to maximize bookings and revenue.- Client Engagement: Handle high-profile clients, conduct site visits, and close deals effectively.- Channel Partner & Broker Relations: Maintain and expand a strong network of channel partners and brokers to generate leads.- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and buyer behavior to refine sales strategies.- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements to achieve better results.Requirements- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of selling flats in Mahim or similar areas.- Proficiency in Hindi, English- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.- Aggressive sales approach with a results-driven mindset.- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
