The ideal candidate will have expertise in P&L management, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, consumer insights, and cross-functional coordination.Key Responsibilities:- Drive end-to-end planning and execution of product launches, including product positioning, messaging, launch timelines, and post-launch analysis.- Build and manage a strong brand identity through creative campaigns, media outreach, and public relations initiatives to increase awareness and trust.- Plan and execute social media strategies and influencer partnerships to build online engagement, generate buzz, and drive conversions.- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling assets-product videos, launch creatives, PR kits, social content, etc.-that align with brand tone and goals.- Gather and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to shape marketing decisions and product narratives.- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Design, and Digital teams to ensure alignment of product strategy and customer touchpoints.- Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital, PR, events, and retail to boost brand visibility and product performance.- Continuously monitor brand health and visibility across platforms; optimize campaigns and placements to enhance reach and impact.Note :- We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in Product Marketing, particularly those who have led end-to-end product launches-from developing go-to-market strategies to executing detailed implementation plans.
