Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the freight forwarding sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the logistics and international shipping industry, with proven experience in generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships. This is a key role responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international freight forwarding (Air and Sea).- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as required.- Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM or tracking tools.
