Job Description We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic& Business Development Executives (Freshers)& who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our business success. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, client engagement, and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
• Generate new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Support senior team members in preparing business proposals, presentations, and participating in client meetings.
• Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Contribute to business development strategy sessions with fresh ideas and insights.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor 's or Master s degree in BBA, MBA, or B.Tech from a recognized institution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
