Job description A Plant HR Executive is responsible for managing the human resources functions within a specific manufacturing or production plant, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This includes tasks like recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and ensuring a positive work environment. Here 's a more detailed breakdown of common responsibilities :Core Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding:& Managing the hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Employee Relations:& Addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Training and Development:& Identifying training needs and implementing programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Performance Management:& Assisting with performance appraisal processes, providing feedback, and developing improvement plans.
• Compliance:& Ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• HR Records Management:& Maintaining accurate personnel files and other HR-related records.
• Compensation and Benefits:& Managing salary structures, bonuses, and employee benefits programs.
• Employee Engagement:& Promoting initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement.
• Administration:& Managing day-to-day HR operations, including leave management and attendance.

Additional Responsibilities (depending on the specific role and company):

• Workers Relations:& Negotiating and managing agreements with employee unions.
• Safety and Health:& Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, complying with relevant safety regulations.
• Budget Management:& Controlling and managing the HR budget for the plant.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: 20,000.00 - 36,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Fixed shift
• Rotational shift
