IT Software Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and skilled IT& Software Engineer to join our IT development team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Development

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems based on business requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in software design and architectural discussions to enhance the quality and scalability of solutions.
• Debug and resolve issues within the software, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.

2. System Integration & Testing

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate software with external systems and databases.
• Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and other software quality assurance processes.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, scalability, and adherence to standards.

3. Problem Solving & Optimization

• Analyze user requirements and create software solutions that address their needs efficiently.
• Continuously optimize the software for improved performance, security, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot software issues and apply fixes promptly to ensure minimal disruption to end users.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Write and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user guides, and design documents.
• Document the code, features, and functionality clearly for both technical and non-technical users.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to the management or project lead.

5. Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

• Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand project scope and requirements.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and project retrospectives.
• Share knowledge with the team and mentor junior developers or interns when needed.
