Required Telesales Executive - Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling & Lead Conversion

• Make a high volume of outbound sales calls daily to potential and existing customers.
• Introduce products/services, explain features and benefits, and persuade customers to make purchases or book appointments.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, messages, or emails to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Build rapport with customers and understand their needs, preferences, and concerns.
• Handle objections effectively and resolve queries or doubts in a professional manner.
• Maintain and update customer information and call status in CRM or sales tracker.

3. Achieving Sales Targets

• Work towards achieving individual and team-based sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Contribute to the overall success of the telesales team by meeting or exceeding KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Upsell and cross-sell products/services when appropriate.

4. Market Feedback & Reporting

• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing team.
• Report daily call logs, customer interactions, lead status, and conversions to supervisors.
• Assist in developing call scripts and refining pitch based on customer feedback.

5. Compliance & Quality

• Ensure that all calls are made in compliance with company guidelines and tele-calling best practices.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain call quality.
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and customer confidentiality at all times.
