Job Description
Responsibilities:Business Development:- Identify and research potential clients within target markets.- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, consultants & clients visit and other channels- Conduct product,Capability & company presentations and product demonstrations.- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.Consultant Handling:- Act as a liaison between clients and consultants.- Understand client needs and match them with appropriate consultant expertise.- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants.- Provide regular updates to clients on project status.- Gather client feedback and ensure satisfaction with consulting services.- Manage consultant utilization and optimize resource allocation.General:- Collaborate with other team members to achieve company objectives.- Participate in marketing and networking events.- Prepare reports on sales performance and client satisfaction.- Contribute to the development of new business strategies.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree or diploma in Engineering or Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- 3-8 and above years of experience in business development and/or client management, preferably in the genset, engine, power and switchgear industry.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in CRM software e.g. Salesforce.- Knowledge of consulting methodologies and best practices is a plus.
