Event Planning & Conceptualization- Develop event ideas based on business needs.- Plan event details - timelines, venues, themes, and schedules.- Align event concepts with branding and marketing goals.2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management- Identify and negotiate with vendors (venues, catering, dcor, AV, etc.).- Build relationships with partners and ensure quality service delivery.3. Event Coordination & Execution- Manage logistics, guest lists, staffing, and event setups.- Ensure smooth event operations and technical readiness.4. Budget Management- Prepare and manage event budgets.- Optimize costs while maintaining event quality.5. Marketing & Promotion- Work with the marketing team to promote events on social media and other channels.- Help create promotional content like brochures and invitations.- Track event performance and gather feedback.6.
