Executive/Senior Executive - Client Servicing (2-7 Yrs) Mumbai (After-Sales/Customer Service)

We are seeking a Client Servicing Executive with 2-7 years of relevant to join our Organization. The ideal candidate will have the ability to conceptualize business strategy and flair for Communications and Marketing.Responsibilities :- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and Internal Team - Understand client needs and provide strategic recommendations and solutions - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients - Manage client budgets, timelines, and expectations - Ensure project delivery meets client expectations and deadlines - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery - Communicate project progress and results to clientsRequirements : - Minimum 1/2 year of relevant agency experience in a client servicing role - Ability to conceptualize business strategy and provide strategic recommendations to clients - Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills - Graduate degree in Communications and Marketing or related field is preferable - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.- Having experience in Presales/Sales role will be an added advantage.
