About Company: an event organizer company in India is operated from Gwalior Madhya Pradesh.
They have been organizing and promoting sports events for the last ten years.
The objectives and efforts are the based on three points. To give fresh new opportunities to talented players Connecting sponsors with every person and every field Development of basic facilities for sports and players. Right now they are going to start their local to global event from all the districts in of the country. Local to Global Event means District Level Event / State Level Event / National Event / International Event. It is their mission and endeavor to give chance / platform / mission to all the talent of the country through local to global event.

Job Title: HR Recruiter.
Location: Work from Home (Pan India)
Head Office: Gwalior, MP
Job Summary
Company is seeking enthusiastic HR Recruiters to join our dynamic team. This position offers a work-from-home opportunity with permanent job prospects in the event management sector, specifically focused on cricket staffing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Experience: 0 to 5 years in HR recruitment (freshers are encouraged to apply).
Basic knowledge about Events Management Industry and Cricket tournaments as preferred.
Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English.
Technical Requirements:
A personal laptop is required.
A Social media account is necessary for communication and networking (Facebook and Instagram) or willing to open one.
Job Details:
Total Openings: 70 to 80 positions available.
Salary:
Freshers: Rupees up to 15,000 per month.
Experienced: up to 30,000 per month
Job Timing: 10 AM to 6 PM
Nature of Work: Event management with a focus on cricket staff hiring.
