Job Summary
Company is seeking enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This position offers a work-from-home opportunity with permanent job prospects in the event management sector, specifically focused on cricket staffing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Experience: 0 to 5 years in HR recruitment (freshers are encouraged to apply).
Basic knowledge about Events Management Industry and Cricket tournaments as preferred.
Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English.

Technical Requirements:
A personal laptop is required.
A Social media account is necessary for communication and networking (Facebook and Instagram) or willing to open one.
Job Details:
Total Openings: 70 to 80 positions available.
Salary:
Freshers: Rupees up to 15,000 per month.
Experienced: up to 30,000 per month
Job Timing: 10 AM to 6 PM
Nature of Work: Event management with a focus on cricket staff hiring.
