Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven Telesales Executive to join our Health Insurance Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, educating them about various health insurance plans, and converting leads into policyholders. You will be expected to meet sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of the health insurance division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales, a passion for customer service, and an understanding of health insurance products.

• Handle customer 's inbound and outbound& calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
• Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
