Fashion Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement & Styling Consultation:

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and offer assistance in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs, preferences, body types, and lifestyles to recommend suitable clothing and accessories.
• Offer styling tips and curated outfit suggestions aligned with current fashion trends and seasonal collections.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge including materials, fit, care instructions, and brand story.

2. Sales & Performance Targets:

• Drive individual and store sales performance by meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products effectively to maximize transaction value.
• Assist customers in the fitting room, manage multiple styling requests, and guide them through their purchase journey.

3. Client Relationship Management:

• Build rapport and long-term relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-up communication.
• Maintain a client book or CRM system to keep track of customer preferences, special dates, and previous purchases.
• Reach out to VIP clients for new arrivals, private previews, or loyalty events.

4. Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation:

• Ensure that displays and mannequins are styled according to the brand s visual standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Assist with restocking, tagging, and organizing merchandise on racks or shelves.

5. Inventory & Point of Sale (POS):

• Accurately process customer transactions using the store s POS system.
• Handle exchanges, returns, and refunds according to store policies.
• Participate in inventory counts, stock audits, and receiving deliveries.

6. Brand Representation:

• Uphold the brand s image through professional appearance, grooming, and communication.
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying updated on fashion trends, collections, and seasonal highlights.
• Participate in promotional events, fashion shows, or product launches when required.
