Required Machine Operator - Coimbatore

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery safely and efficiently as per standard operating procedures.
Set up machines prior to production.
Monitor the production process and perform regular quality checks.
Identify and resolve minor machine malfunctions; escalate complex issues to maintenance.
Ensure output meets quality standards and report deviations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Log production data and maintain documentation accurately.
Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist with machine maintenance and troubleshooting as required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Machine Operation Skills:

• Proficient in operating a variety of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and work orders to set up and operate machines correctly.

Attention to Detail:

• Strong focus on quality control and the ability to identify defects in products or equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to production standards and guidelines.

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of machine mechanics, including how to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance.
• Familiarity with digital controls, programmable machines, or automated equipment is a plus.

• Ability to quickly identify problems with machines or processes and troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime.
