Required E-commerce Operator - Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing Product Listings:

• Create, update, and maintain product listings on various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
• Ensure all product information, such as descriptions, pricing, images, specifications, and stock levels, are accurate and up-to-date.
• Optimize product listings with relevant keywords to improve search rankings and visibility on e-commerce platforms.

2. Order Management:

• Process incoming orders and ensure timely fulfillment of customer purchases.
• Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure proper order dispatch and delivery within promised timelines.
• Monitor the status of pending orders and resolve any issues related to delayed or incorrect shipments.
• Handle order cancellations, returns, and exchanges as per the company s policies.

3. Customer Service:

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints related to product details, order status, and returns via chat, email, or phone.
• Provide post-sale support to customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolving any issues related to product quality, delivery, etc.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.

4. Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that stock levels are sufficient to fulfill orders.
• Update product availability status on e-commerce platforms to reflect accurate stock levels.
• Keep track of best-selling products and seasonal trends to optimize stock management and restocking efforts.
• Perform regular stock audits and coordinate with suppliers for reordering products.

5. Order Fulfillment and Shipping:

• Ensure timely dispatch of products by coordinating with third-party logistics partners or internal teams.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues, such as delays, lost shipments, or product damages.
• Ensure packaging is in accordance with brand standards and that products are delivered in excellent condition.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor sales data, customer behavior, and performance analytics on various e-commerce platforms.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, inventory levels, product performance, and customer feedback.
• Use data to identify opportunities for improvement, such as optimizing product listings, improving the customer experience, or resolving frequent issues.
