Manager - Visual Merchandising (8-13 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (B2B/Corporate Sales)

Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation: - Promote products, brands, and services by creatively showcasing features and benefits through lighting, color combinations, and decor elements to generate curiosity and attract customers.
-Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies tailored to the unique offerings of the Art & Craft and Sweets & Savories stores and other own concepts of our business.
-Ensure adherence to brand standards, creating an appealing environment that educates and engages customers while maximizing sales and profitability.
-Regularly refresh in-store displays to reflect seasonal themes, promotional events, and new arrivals.
-Create SOP for all Own concepts aligned with the brands requirement to maintain topmost VM brand in the country.
-Actively align with relevant stakeholders for all new stores and ensure smooth opening of all new stores. Operational Excellence: - Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning, high standards of cleanliness, and adherence to airport retail protocols.
-Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to maintain optimal stock availability.
-Implement SOPs to streamline store processes and enhance efficiency. o Ensure focal points, window displays, and in-store layouts align with planograms and are completed on time. Sales & Customer Experience: - Drive sales through effective visual storytelling and in-store experiences.
-Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising principles, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
-Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and average transaction values. Collaboration & Communication: - Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, buying, and operations to execute cohesive brand strategies.
-Liaise with airport authorities and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. o Provide feedback from stores, store managers, and merchandising teams on window concepts and sales tracking.
-Manage VM props, mannequin styling, elements, and vendor relationships. Creative Direction & Seasonal Planning: - Create and implement seasonal brand identities through effective window and merchandise displays.
-Adjust and plan displays based on seasonal events, holidays, and promotional campaigns.
-Develop planograms and monthly floor set documents to communicate visual merchandising direction to all outlets.
-Consistently generate and develop new ideas, delivering high-impact results under tight deadlines. Building VM team: - Identify team requirements and fill the positions in close coordination with HR team.
-Ensure that VM team is given clear instructions and regular follow-ups are taken.
-Robust feedback mechanisms is designed to evaluate the performance of team and feedback is given to team on regular basis to enhance their skills sets and eventually performance.
