Park+ - Manager - Corporate Relationship (2-6 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (IT Sales)

About the Role:- Plan upsells, grow new revenue streams and drive revenue growth month-on-month- Delivering presentations/training and demonstrations to clients and relevant stakeholders- Exhibit in-depth knowledge of the company, product, service or idea and drive initiatives at the designated clientele- Extensive travelling across the assigned geography to meet the clients/customers and resolve queries and issues- Collaborate with maintenance and installation teams for efficient project execution - Scheduling and executing marketing campaigns on sites that are on-boarded in the system - Ensure all maintenance and site infrastructure is well maintained and tasks are completed within the assigned timelines- Generating revenues by selling Add-Ons and new services to the clients and meeting activation targets- Share regular reports on customer feedback about products/services with management and other Factors Influencing Client Acquisition- Monitoring and driving personal KRAs with 100% compliance- Build long-term relationships with existing clients and interface with decision-makers for repeat businessKey Competencies required : - Relationship management in a particular geography- Cross-functional collaboration for the execution of projects and new initiatives - Manage on-ground operations and maintenance activities- Key Account management and upsell from the existing client portfolio- Client engagement and B2B sales and operationsPreferred Skills:- Should have excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills to work in a dynamic environment- Comfortable travelling for client meetings- Min. 2-6 years of experience in Sales/brand activation/business development- Right exposure to handle customer expectations and work on resolution by aligning with internal stakeholders- Proven track record and working experience as a relationship manage (ref:updazz.com)
