About Our Client: It is a fast-growing Indian SaaS startup, this company focuses on digitizing small businesses through intuitive tools like a popular mobile-first billing and accounting app tailored for kirana stores, retailers, and MSMEs, enabling GST-compliant invoicing, expense tracking, and inventory management solutions.Job Title: Business Development ExecutiveLocation: MultipleExperience: 1-3 years of experience in field sales is a mustQualification: Completed or pursuing distance Bachelor s or Master s degree in any disciplineAbout the role: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of their billing & accounting app by acquiring new customers and expanding their market reach. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.Responsibilities :Lead Generation : Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.Value Proposition & Product Demonstrations : Build strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively do product demonstrations & communicate the value proposition of their billing & accounting app.Customer Acquisition : Actively engage with potential clients through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and other outreach methods.Sales Excellence : Achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to quality standards, ensuring ethical and transparent sales practices.CRM : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.Daily Reporting & Communication : Submit daily activity reports, including progress on leads, appointments, and sales achievedRequirements :Education: Completed or pursuing Bachelor s or Master s degree in any disciplineCommunication Skills: English & any regional languageIndustry: SaaS, Fintech, BFSI, Online Marketplaces, Telecom, Edtech, FMCG, Infrastructure & PharmaTechnology Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, Email, Excel or Google SheetsTransportation: Possession of a valid driving license and an own Two/Four Wheeler.Fill out the following details and mail to sririthikha.v@hireginie.com to apply Place residing at:This is a 6 days (Mon-Sat) Field sales role .
