Roles and Responsibilities:- Institutional Business (Fruit Concentrates/Beverage Concentrates)- Excellent communication and presentation skills- The job will require regular travel to develop new markets.- Ideal candidate should have B2B business experience of concentrates/flavors/purees/fruit and vegetable-based products used in F&B industry in India.- Should be able to work with minimum guidance and be proactive - Develop a growth strategy focussed on financial gain and customer satisfaction- Finding and developing new markets, identifying customer needs and improving sales- Increasing the value of current customers while on-boarding new ones - Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting customers objectives- Arrange business meetings with prospective customers- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events- Work with quality team for new product development to meet new and existing customer requirements- Developing quotes and proposals for clients and closing contracts- Monitor and keep records of sales, revenue, invoices and enable logistics and after-sales supportEducation:- MBA Sales & MarketingExperience:- 8 to 10 years experience in the sales and marketing Development or Institutional Sales related professional area.
