Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges. Proactively engage with clients through regular communication meetings, calls, emails to foster trust and ensure satisfaction. Identify opportunities to provide clients with relevant products, services, and solutions that align with their goals. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams sales, customer service, technical support to ensure client needs are met effectively.
