Job Summary:An Assistant Sales Manager has to support the Sales Manager in achieving sales goals by managing daily operations, assisting with strategy development, and providing training and coaching to the sales team. They also help maintain customer relationships. Channel: Agency Roles and Responsibilities: - Helping to find and onboard new sales team members.
-Need to support the Sales Manager and the sales team by assisting in developing sales strategies, providing training and guidance, and managing sales operations.
-Also help in achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
-Ensuring smooth execution of sales processes and tracking progress towards targets.
-Ensuring efficient use of resources.
