Job descriptionJob Title: Sales Executive (Male)Experience: 2 yearsLocation: Cheguru, HyderabadReporting To: Sales Manager Corporate OfficeIndustry: Real Estate Residential ProjectsEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executives with experience in real estate sales to join our growing team. The role involves engaging with walk-in customers at project sites, explaining project details, and coordinating with the corporate sales team. Sales closures will be handled by the Sales Manager.Key Responsibilities:- Attend and engage with walk-in customers at the project site, understanding their property requirements.- Effectively communicate key project details, including pricing, payment plans, specifications, approvals, and construction status.- Schedule and conduct site visits, giving customers a comprehensive tour of the property.- Coordinate closely with the Sales Manager and Corporate Office team for customer follow-up, documentation, and closure support.- Maintain daily reports of inquiries, visits, customer interactions, and feedback.- Build and maintain a database of leads generated through site visits and ensure timely follow-ups.- Represent the company professionally and build strong customer relationships to support long-term brand value.Skills:- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles within the real estate industry.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.- Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable property solutions.- Fluency in local languages (Telugu, Hindi) and basic English is preferred.- Familiarity with the local real estate market and surrounding areas is a plus.- Must be male, as the role involves extensive on-site presence and fieldwork.- Should be willing to work from the assigned project location full-time.What We Offer1.
