Job Description

Make or receive calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or purchases.&

Maintain detailed records of interactions and escalate unresolved issues.&

Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Making Outbound Calls:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Ask relevant questions to understand customer requirements and generate interest.
- Schedule appointments, follow up on leads, or transfer calls to the sales team when necessary.
Receiving Inbound Calls:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and services.
- Handle customer doubts, objections, or concerns tactfully.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling or following up on inquiries.
- Maintain records of leads, sales, and follow-ups using CRM software or spreadsheets.
- Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly targets set by the team leader or supervisor.
- Convert leads into customers through persistent and professional follow-up.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong customer relationships by maintaining a courteous and friendly tone.
- Gather feedback to improve services and customer experience.
- Maintain a customer database and update it regularly with relevant information.
- Follow up with customers for post-sales support or renewals.
Administrative and Reporting Tasks:
- Maintain detailed logs of calls and outcomes.
- Prepare and submit daily call reports or activity summaries.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
- Attend training sessions to improve knowledge and skills related to products and telecalling techniques.
