Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions.
• Problem Solving: Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, checking order status, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company s products, services, and policies to confidently address customer questions and provide accurate information.
• Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company s CRM or customer database system.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to supervisors to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, shipping, technical support, and quality assurance, to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless service process.
• Compliance: Follow company procedures, policies, and standards for quality, security, and privacy when handling customer data.
• Upselling and Cross-selling: Where appropriate, introduce customers to additional products or services that may suit their needs.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle dissatisfied or upset customers calmly and professionally, striving to reach a positive and timely resolution.
