Production Supervision
Monitor and manage daily shop floor activities.
Allocate work to operators/laborers and ensure timely completion of production targets.
Ensure proper machine utilization and minimize downtime.
Maintain records of production and report discrepancies or delays.
Enforce safety regulations and housekeeping standards.
Quality Control & Assurance
Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards
Identify defects, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare inspection reports, test data, and non-conformance reports.
Coordinate with the production team to reduce rework and scrap rates.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily production logs and quality checklists.
Report defects, downtime, and process deviations to senior management.
Ensure proper calibration of measuring instruments and maintain related documentation.
