Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)Experience: 1-3 yearsLocation: Chennai (Work from Office)Industry: Application Development, AI/ML ServicesTarget Geography: MENA/IndiaJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate leads, build relationships, and set up meetings for our sales team. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base for application development, AI/ML services, and travel industry solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and research potential clients across industries.- Generate leads through outbound prospecting, cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.- Qualify inbound leads and set up meetings for the Business Development team.- Develop a strong understanding of Convergent Platforms offerings in application development, AI/ML, and e-Visa solutions.- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in CRM tools.- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.Requirements:- 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.- Prior experience in SaaS, IT services, or AI/ML solutions is a plus.About Convergent:- Convergent Platforms Limited has delivered over 10 years of excellence to its customers in the application development space.
