The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of sales experience, a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, and the ability to work independently in their designated area. This role involves implementing strategic sales initiatives, promoting EASE- a safer, effective and personalized adjunctive to antidepressants, and driving sales through direct engagement with doctors. Ease cutting-edge technology combines tES , EEG and Cognitive Emotional Training to deliver multi-modal and data driven treatment.Location: Gurugram/Mumbai/Bangalore/HyderabadKey Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute effective sales strategies in the market field to achieve sales targets.- Daily Doctor Visits: Meet with 6 to 8 specialty doctors daily, presenting and promoting our products to drive sales.- Doctor Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, particularly psychologist or psychiatrist, to promote and sell EASE- Product Promotion: Convince doctors with the benefits of our innovative mental health solutions and encourage them to adopt and recommend our device.- Market Knowledge: Utilize extensive area knowledge to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.- Independent Work: Operate independently in the designated area, demonstrating strong self-motivation and the ability to achieve sales goals without direct supervision.Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Sales/Business, Healthcare Administration or any related field.- Experience: 1 to 4 years of sales experience in the Medical Devices/ Big Ticket Sales/ Doctor channel within the pharmaceutical industry,- Skills: Excellent communication and persuasive skills, ability to work independently, strong area knowledge.- Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages specific to the region.Join Marbles Health and be a part of our mission to transform neuro-psychiatry care.
