Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for every customer by handling queries, resolving issues, and proactively engaging with users.Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.- Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Tech, Academic Operations) to resolve issues and ensure smooth class delivery.- Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely closure and update the customer accordingly.- Collect feedback from customers and suggest improvements to internal processes.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.- Ensure compliance with SLA and quality standards in communication.Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in any discipline.- 0-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in ed-tech or service industries.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).- Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
