Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate with a particular emphasis on credit card sourcing. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, assist customers in finding the right products, and actively promote and source credit card applications. This is an individual contributor role that requires strong communication, sales, and organizational skills.Responsibilities:- Greet customers warmly and offer assistance, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.- Actively source and promote credit card applications to customers, meeting individual targets.- Process customer transactions efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments accurately.- Provide detailed product information and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sales floor and stock areas.- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels.- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis, including credit card application goals.- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, credit card offerings, and industry trends.- Present credit card offerings clearly and effectively to customers.Requirements:- Bachelor Degree preferred- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer inquiries and concerns.- Ability to perform self-sourcing of credit card applications.Qualifications:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, if required.- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.- Experience in credit card sales or financial product sales is a plus.
