We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Success Executive to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. As a Customer Success Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success, retention, and satisfaction of our customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering support, guidance, and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes through our services or products.Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their goals and providing personalized solutions.- Onboard new customers and guide them through the implementation process.- Monitor customer health and proactively address any issues to avoid churn.- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure continuous engagement and value delivery.- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, etc.) to ensure customer needs are met and opportunities for improvement are identified.- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, escalating as necessary.Qualifications:- 4 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
