Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to join our dental clinic as a Female& Receptionist cum Assistant . This dual-role position involves both front desk responsibilities and clinical assistance, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: &

Reception Duties:
  • Greet patients warmly and professionally
  • Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups using dental software
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and patient queries
  • Maintain and update patient records
  • Process billing and payments; issue receipts
  • Ensure a clean, welcoming reception area
Assistant Duties:
  • Assist the dentist during procedures (chairside assisting)
  • Sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
  • Maintain inventory of dental supplies
  • Adhere to infection control protocols
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 12th pass; diploma or training in dental assisting is a plus
  • Prior experience in a dental/medical clinic is preferred
  • Good communication skills in English and local language
  • Basic computer skills (knowledge of dental software is a bonus)
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Friendly, patient-focused, and professional demeanor
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 1 PM, 5-9PM
