Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement and Social Media Outreach Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for directly communicating with customers through chats, explaining our products and services, and supporting client acquisition via various social media platforms following provided strategies. Occasional client calls may be required.&

Key Responsibilities:

& Engage with customers via live chat and messaging platforms to address inquiries and share details about our services and products.
& Maintain a professional and friendly tone while assisting customers with their questions or issues.&
Proactively search for potential clients on various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, Discord) following structured outreach strategies.&
Respond to messages, comments, and DMs promptly and professionally.
& Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute client engagement campaigns.&
Occasionally attend calls with customers to provide support or close leads (rare but important).&
Maintain records of all interactions and report progress regularly.&
Suggest improvements to outreach and customer communication processes.&

Requirements:&

Excellent written communication skills in English.&
Basic understanding of customer service and sales techniques.&
Experience with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, etc.
Ability to follow instructions, stay organized, and meet outreach targets.&
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.&
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or online outreach is a plus.&
