Telesales Role - Real Estate (2-8 Yrs) Pune (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

Qualifications and Requirements - Bachelor s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
-Minimum 2 years of telesales experience, with a preference for candidates from the real estate sector or similar fields.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.- Good organizational and lead management skills.
-A proactive attitude with a strong drive for results.
-Must be disciplined, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
-Fluency in Hindi and English is required; knowledge of international languages such as Russian, Arabic, German, Italian, or Chinese is a significant plus.
